CONVEYOR BELT CLEANING BRUSHES

Brushes that clean rubberized, fabric, stainless steel. roller. slat and rod convevors. Brushes can also be supplied as refills to slip over customer's core or shaft. PADDLE WHEEL Brush strips are attached to a metal core or shaft, either straight across or in a helical pattern. XRAPER Stationary metal backed strips that are filled with synthetic or wire bristles, rubber or leather. Scrapers are used in restricted areas or where a power source is not available. SPIRAL WOUND STYLE Spiral Wound Brushes are custom fabricated for each application. For high speed, continuous brushing action. For dusting fine materials from belting, for cleaning stainlesssteel belts and for carrying loose material off toone side i or both sides. Solid Fill Brush for installation at the unloading end of a conveyor belt, without core or shaft. Half of the brush is to the left and half is to the right.
